TORRANCE, CA
We removed all dry-rotted plywood and replaced with CDX plywood; added new fascia board all around the perimeter.
WALNUT, CA
(before and after project) We replaced all 3"x6"x16' rafters that had dry-rot, we also replaced 4"x14"x24' beam and replaced all plywoods with CDX plywood. We installed GAF HD shingles for this project.
FOOTHILL RANCH, CA
On this project we did a (relay) tearing-off existing tile and installing new underlayment and putting back existing tile. Homeowner wanted to replace all damaged rafter tails that had a dimension 3"x6"x12'.
